Working Principle of YPG Spray Dryer
The spray drying equipment with tower dryer and pressure is designed to work by passing air through a filter and heater into the air distributor at the top of the drying tower and then entering the drying chamber in a spiral shape. The liquid is pumped from the liquid tank to the centrifugal atomizer at the top of the drying tower through the filter to spray the liquid into extremely small mist droplets. The liquid is in parallel contact with the hot air, and the water evaporates rapidly. Drying into finished products in a short period of time. The finished product is discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the fan.
The spray drying equipment with tower dryer and pressure mainly adopts a high-pressure pump, and the concentrated concentrated solution is atomized into a mist-like particle having a diameter of 10-20 μm by a spray gun to be sprayed into the drying chamber at a pressure of 0.7 to 20 MPa.
